Well-known and highly esteemed in Quebec’s tourism industry, Yanick has nearly 30 years of experience in the field. His drive, interpersonal skills and creativity make his approach both knowledgeable and courteous.
By the age of 28, he had already made a name for himself as general manager of four-star hotel chains (Delta, Fairmont, Intrawest, Marriott), leading large teams in projects to launch and manage hotels, convention centres and international events.
His career next led him to be a destination development consultant. Client- and results-oriented, he is highly skilled and an inspiring leader in business management and development. He is a highly motivated and accomplished negotiator known for his calm and engaging demeanour.

Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration, specialized in marketing, Josée has more than 15 years of business management and development experience in a variety of sectors: hotels, real estate, pharmaceutical industry, events media and B2B.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and adventurous streak led her to seize an opportunity to co-manage a 95-room hotel in Estrie with Yannick. She proved to be equal to the challenge and enjoyed the experience so much that she decided to continue down this career path.

Recognized for his strategic leadership and innovative vision, Benoît has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry. He heads Gestion Guru H Inc., a consulting company he founded in 2017. He has held management positions at Domaine Château Bromont and at Le Germain Hotel & Spa Charlevoix.
He is highly involved in his area of activity, serving on several key boards in the industry and actively contributing to touristic development in Quebec and around the world. He is sought after to assist with complex projects, build strong teams and generate lasting and inspired growth.

A proud Magog native, Catherine began her career as a community manager and project manager for well-known companies in the area. The L2D barbershops, Queue de Castor Magog, Küto tartar bars in Sherbrooke and Magog and other businesses put their trust in her know-how, intuition and innate communication skills.
She also created content while working on major corporate projects for the Fondation du CHUS, the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Sherbrooke, Leucan Estrie and Vert & Or. Catherine brought this wealth of experience to RevMax, where she draws on her considerable expertise to fulfill the company’s mission.
Passionate about politics and the arts, she is also culturally inclusive, which is very important to RevMax.
